Full-Service Planning

This is the whole package. We will take care of all your event planning needs from start to finish. Whether you’re a busy bride, a clueless groom, or would just simply rather us handle all the planning process, this is the option for you. From the moment you get engaged (and sometimes even before!) to when the last guest departs your event, we will guide you through the entire process.

 We’ll begin with getting to know you, your needs, and your wants – and we’ll help you figure those out too, if you don’t know them all yet :) We know every event basically starts with a giant list of questions, and we love guiding our clients through that list, from the visionary (“what’s your theme?”) to the nitty-gritty (“how does the wedding party line up at the ceremony?”).

 We’ll suggest the perfect venues and vendors from our extensive network, and gladly work with any that you prefer. We handle all vendor negotiations and contracts, and manage all your appointments, visits, and tastings. And of course, you’ll receive all of our Partial and Month/Day-of services as described below.

Basically, just provide us your input you won’t have to worry about a thing – all of the fun, none of the stress!

Partial Planning

Our partial planning services are flexible to meet the needs of anyone who falls in between Full-service and Month/day-of. It’s great if you’ve already in the midst of the planning process and would like help taking it across the finish line, or if you have some or all aspects set and just need help tying it all together.

Many clients use our partial planning to come up with the creative vision & design for their events (and we can even supply you with all the needed décor – see “Event Décor and Creations” below). In both Partial and Full-Service Planning, we will get to know you and help your personality shine through in the event.

You tell us what you still need help with, and we’ll handle it for you – and of course we’ll be there on the day of to make sure the event runs smoothly, as described below.

Month of Coordination

No matter how much advance planning you’ve done, you shouldn’t be without a Day-of Coordinator. This is especially true for weddings – it’s your special day and you deserve to enjoy it! Throughout the event, we’ll ensure that that every vendor and key player is in the right place at the right time, and that the event stays true to the plan, taking into account the inevitable day-of emergency. We stay inconspicuously behind the scenes such that the whole flow will feel natural and fun!

Event Décor and Creations

We’re not only planning experts, but a team of inventive minds and crafty hands. We love designing and creating things, and are more than happy to supply you with whatever event décor you need.

Whether it’s producing one-off items like favors, pew ends, or devising your entire event design scheme and then assembling each piece, rest assured that you’ll receive professional-grade custom items that you won’t find elsewhere!
