Full-Service Planning

This is the whole enchilada! Sit back and relax while we handle the whirlwind of planning your dream wedding. We take care of your every planning need, from start to finish – perfect for couples don’t know where to start, don't have the time to make it happen, or would simply rather us handle the whole process. From the moment we meet, until after your last guest departs, we’ll be with you every step of the way!

You may or may not have ideas and visions already, but either way you need someone to help conceptualize, design, and then bring your vision to life, while making the whole process fun and easy.

We will begin with getting to know you, your needs, and your wants – and if you don’t know them all yet, we’ll help you figure those out too. We know that nearly every wedding starts with a giant list of questions, and we love guiding our clients through that list, from the visionary (“what’s my theme?”) to the budgetary (“how much should I spend, and how do I allocate it?”) to the nitty-gritty (“how does the wedding party line up at the ceremony?”).

We will match you with the right vendors from our extensive network, based on your style, budget, and personality, and gladly work with any others that you prefer. We handle all vendor negotiations, contracts, and communications, including personalized timelines for each one. And of course, you’ll receive all of our Month-of Coordination and Design Consulting services as described below.

Month-of Coordination

For couples in the last few months before the big day, which are the most hectic ones by far, let us guide you down that home stretch. Focus on relaxing and readying yourselves for your wedding day! You have the main pieces of your wedding already set, so we start working with you far in advance of the wedding date to bring all those pieces together into one smooth plan for the day.

We’ll devise a detailed, personalized timeline for every vendor and other major participants (e.g. wedding party, parents, caterer). We’ll conduct all the final coordination among your vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and also field any questions you or any other party may have. We’ll coordinate and run your rehearsal such that everyone is ready for the big day!

On your wedding day, throughout the event, we’ll ensure that every vendor and key player is in the right place at the right time, and that the event stays true to the plan, taking into account the inevitable day-of emergency. We stay inconspicuously behind the scenes such that the whole flow feels natural and fun!

Partial Planning

Our partial planning services are flexible to meet the needs of anyone who falls in between Full-service and Month-of. It’s great if you’re already in the midst of the planning process and realize you need a helping hand, or if you have some or all aspects set and just need help tying it all together.

Many clients use our partial planning to come up with the creative vision & design for their events and we can even supply you with all the needed décor – see “Event Décor and Creations” below. Others need assistance with finding & securing certain vendors, negotiating & reviewing contracts, or planning additional events like a Tea Ceremony, Rehearsal Dinner, Welcome Event, or Day-After Brunch.

You tell us what you still need help with, and we’ll handle it for you – and of course we’ll be there on your big day to make sure the event runs smoothly, as described below.

Day-of Coordination

For couples who've already taken care of every last detail, we'll be there to ensure your rehearsal, and then your big day, goes off without a hitch! This includes creating and distributing customized timelines to each key player of your wedding, so that everyone knows exactly where to be and when.

No matter how much advance planning you’ve done yourself, you shouldn’t be without a Coordinator during your Wedding – it’s your special day and you deserve to enjoy every moment!

Event Décor and Creations

We’re not only planning experts, but a team of inventive minds and crafty hands. We love designing and creating things, and are more than happy to supply you with whatever event décor you need.

Whether it’s producing one-off items like favors, pew ends, or devising your entire event design scheme and then assembling each piece, rest assured that you’ll receive professional-grade custom items that you won’t find elsewhere! 

Design Consulting

Similar to Event Décor and Creations above, but you only need help with conceptualizing the design for your wedding, and not creating or supplying any physical items. Many couples who don’t spring for Full-Service Planning will combine this with Month-of or Day-of Coordination, and by the end of this design process, you will know exactly what to buy and create to realize your vision.

We will envision your Ceremony and Reception designs, and develop a theme & style for your wedding, including drawing out floor and décor plans. Rest assured you won’t have “just another Pinterest wedding” -- the tool is just a tool, but our design for the look and flow of your wedding will be uniquely you!
